Jaeger-LeCoultre will praise the 80th commemoration of their Reverso model in 2011. Beginning from the tenth of December, all Reverso-proprietors can present their Reverso and story to the Virtual Museum of Jaeger-LeCoultre, where a historical center keeper will add your Reverso to one of the virtual rooms in this computerized museum.
Above an image of the new 2011 Reverso that looks like the first model from 1931, with just ‘Reverso’ on the dial and a ultra slim rectangular case. Therefor, JLC expected to utilize their extra slight hand wound type 822 for this watch. This model is just 7.2mm thick and will be accessible in hardened steel and pink gold. The last one will be a restricted version, the treated steel ‘Tribute to 1931’ Reverso will be an ordinary creation model. More data about this Reverso can be perused at my companions over at and .
The composition will be available to overall population web based beginning from SIHH 2011.
From what I’ve seen till now, my conjecture is that this new Reverso will be the new ‘SIHH’- sweetheart 🙂 More data about vintage Reverso models can be found here, in an article I wrote in 2008.
