Rolex Datejust 6605 With German Writing On The Dial

Friend of the show Boris Pjanic who deals inReplica Watch Company Reviews and occasionally writes about them as well, discovered this bi-shading Rolex Datejust reference 6605 with German composition on the dial for the sign of the chronometer movement.

Boris writes us the following:

Collecting and tradingReplica Watch Company Reviews for more than 16 years has empowered me to pursue my adoration and passion for vintageReplica Watch Company Reviews which was instilled somewhere inside of me as a child.  What I review is that as a kid I used to take a gander at the windows of jewelers around when my parents too me for a stroll.  While I am not coming from a group of jewelers, nor do I possess some other connection to the business, I have always been needing decent watches.  Not necessarily from a specific brand, in spite of the fact that Rolex was always on my mind.

Combining passion for a pastime with the pursuit of making a business from this passion has broadened my scope, and I have met many interesting individuals and much more interesting watches.

Now I have discovered a very uncommon piece, a Rolex Datejust from the last part of the 1950s, reference 6605, in steel and gold, which has one exceptionally fine distinction from the wide range of various Datejusts 6605s.

The composing on the dial for the COSC is in German and says: “Superlativer Chronometer nach amtlicher Prüfung” instead of the standard English composition: ” Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified”.

So far, I have discovered one Replica Watch Company Reviews Company Reviews with the German composing which was sold at Antiquorum, and another which is presently being serviced at a watchmaker who I know.  I knew about another and that is it.  So now, I am aware of 4 pieces.  Not sure the number of were made, the existing pieces are either in 18k Gold or in Steel/Gold.

While this is an extraordinary and uncommon collectible Piece, I don’t truly think a lot about the reason of the German writing.  I keep thinking about whether any authority out there can shed a light on it?  Maybe there is not actually a specific reason and it is just another part of the Rolex myth?

I like to discover such uncommon pieces,Replica Watch Company Reviews that conceal a secret history and I appreciate researching until I discover reality, if there is a fact behind it that is…

This 1950s Rolex Datejust 6605 is available to be purchased and can be obtained (it tends to be seen in Germany) for 3000 Euros.  For more Information, don’t hesitate to contact Boris at [email protected]
