This is one of those presents that allows you on view what we’re thinking about these days. I’m not going to go into any incredible lengths about the historical backdrop of the Mark XI pilots watches as I did here with the early Rolex Daytona . However, I will simply show both of you awesome watches that ran over my work area as of late – two unique Mark XI pilots watches from two diverse manufactures.
What makes them fascinating, past the undeniable connections to genuine guides during war-time years, is that while IWC keeps on making watches in this vein , Jaeger-LeCoultre does not. Just something to consider.
You can see from the issue numbers on the back, the JLC dates to 1948 while the IWC is from 1952, under a similar agreement specifications. Again, you’ll hear more about these early pilots wristwatches in the blink of an eye, yet for the time being, simply pause for a minute or two and revel in the awesomeness of two, directly from unique family military watches.
