Introducing: The Vacheron Constantin Traditionelle Tourbillon -

Catching up

After precisely one month of quietness, I am back 🙂 Holiday, and particularly moving, took (and takes) additional time than I anticipated. My cableprovider still has issues to associate me to the web in my new home, yet fortunately I have some unstable wifi networks in the area.

I don’t know whether you watched Wimbledon 2007, however I was astonished that Roger Federer was wearing a Rolex Daytona when he got his Wimbledon-cup. Ofcourse, the Maurice LaCroix sponsorship is over since 2006, yet the adoration was absolutely an agreement it appears 😉 By the way, he his sponsorship contract with Maurice LaCroix in 2004 for a very long time.. so it for whatever reason.

Then, on the sixth of July, various watches were taken during a theft in the Girard-Perregaux exhibition hall La Villa Marguerite. Watches worth a few million Swiss Francs were taken several men entered the structure and claimed to be deliverymen.?Ǭ†A few hours after the thievery the police blocked one getaway vehicle (the other one, a BMW X5, figured out how to escape from the road?笆block). After the examination of the wrongdoing suspects and their departure vehicle, the police found the watches covered up in a major sack under an oak tree on the ninth of July. A peculiar yet obvious story 🙂 (source: Europastar.com)
